Who we are

This website is operated by CERTICONS LLC ("we"), the maker of CertiHANA. You can reach us at info@certicons.com.

What we collect

• Contact and quote forms: the name, e-mail address, company, phone number and message you enter. We use them only to answer your request and to prepare an offer. They are sent to us by e-mail and stored in our mailbox and customer records.
• Server logs: our web host records the IP address, requested page, browser type and time of each request for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period.
• Analytics: if we enable a web analytics service, we use it to understand which pages are read. We prefer services that do not use cookies; where consent is legally required, we ask for it before loading the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send marketing e-mail unless you asked for it. CertiHANA itself sends no configuration, credentials or database content to CERTICONS; licence keys are verified offline on your server.

How long we keep it

Requests and offers are kept as long as needed to handle them and to meet commercial record-keeping obligations. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.

Third parties

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser sends its request to Google when it fetches them. Our web hosting provider processes the server logs on our behalf.

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
